Summer Reading Program events
at the Westford Library
All events are free and open to the public. Call
878.5639 for more information.
The Summer Reading Program includes a variety of programs for
children and families. Young children and toddlers are also encouraged
to join the program because books shared aloud count too!
Come and pick up your basset hound reading log to keep track of the books
that you have read over the summer. Visit the library any time this summer
starting June 22 to sign up. List all the "tails" you've
read, get a paw print stamp, and bring your reading log to the library
each visit. Don't forget to come to all of the events hosted over the
six weeks that center around the TELLING TAILS theme. The summer is a
great time to catch up on all of those animal "tails" you haven't
had a chance to read yet.
The library has books about cats, llamas, snakes, guinea pigs, and how
to be your dog's best friend. Check 'em out.
